I'm fairly new to the area and new to having dogs. I have always had a great experience here. Dr. Evans is great. He even returned my call on a weekend night when I had a concern. The staff is all very friendly. I've left my dogs here several times for boarding. We all know our pets are members of our family. I'm super comfortable leaving my dogs with them. They seem excited to see my two pups and remember them from the last time we were there. 5 stars :)

OUTSTANDING Groomer and the staff is AMAZING! My two puppers love going there! Top notch, solid 5 Stars! ☆☆☆☆☆

Obviously too busy to take on new clients. Called Tuesday morning (10/24) to try and schedule an outcall appointment for my horse. I was told by the lady on the phone that she would talk to the doctor and see what his schedule was like and give me a call in about an hour. I was okay with that and waited to hear back from her. Well I called around 9 that morning and hadn't heard anything since. It is now about 2 in the afternoon and i decide to give the clinic a call back because I thought well maybe it just spaced her mind and she forgot. The same lady answers and gives me all these reasons why she didn't call back and proceeded to tell me that the Dr was out of the office and would be back in about a half hour and assured me that we will get something scheduled when he got back. Well I never heard anything back the rest of the day or the next. Terrible service. They apparently have enough business that they do not care about new clients. Would never recommend.

Can I give this clinic a review less than 1 star? So I took my pet in for a routine examination and over the phone they said it would be no more than $45.00 and then after I picked up my cat I had to pay just over $250.00. I also went to visit the office one Sunday afternoon and noticed several a staff member disposing of dead animals in bags in the dumpster behind the building because the trash collection is on Monday morning and these animals where all supposed to be cremated. Probably charging those other loving families upwards of $85.00 and up to dispose of them humanly and all the Doctor is doing is tossing peoples loved pets in the trash. What a jerk. This place should be shut down.

They were the only vet in all of Utah county that was able to help me out in an emergency! I was very relieved that they helped my goat out even after my normal vet basically blew me off. The office staff have been great to work with and I feel like she is in good hands.
