I've been in this line for ten minutes. Only four vehicles have ordered in this time. I should have read the other reviews about wait times. Well, here is a fresh review for you:
Holy smokes, this place is slow. I think half the staff must have been in the back butchering a cow, because there was only 3 people working where I could see. In the time it took to make my combo, I opened my own restaurant, made a million dollars, and retired fat and happy...then they finally called my number and I ate my burger.
Update 6/27/17: Service has definitely been much better as of late. Thanks for the great service, guys! Updated rating as a result.
My whole order was old and nasty. It was very disappointing to have spent over $20 and nothing turned out good for us.
GO ELSEWHERE, DON'T BOTHER WAITING ON THIS WENDY'S.
90% of the time they get your order wrong. It takes almost 30 minutes in the drive through to get your food. THE DRIVE THROUGH. In the store I waited almost the same even though there was NO ONE in line. The people who work there have zero customer service. They are rude and I think only one or two speak English. When you ask a question they just look at you with a blank stare until someone who speaks English comes to talk to you. It’s ridiculous. The restaurant itself is disgusting and in need of some serious cleaning. I love Wendy’s but I absolutely hate going to this location.
