The owners are great! The facility is clean and I love that I have been there for over 5 years and my rates have never gone up. I would definitely recommend them.
My opinion and advice for someone considering any storage option would be to educate themselves on the agreements, expense and penalties/risk involved. I've done that for myself and I found Mount Loafer to be a great value and easy to do business with.
These guys will over charge you for everything and they don't let you know in advanced. Use any one else but U haul.
Very sweet lady at the counter. Helpful and kind. She helped me get into my storage unit when the computer system wasn't working and taking payments
I've been a customer with multiple units and have many family and friends that use Mount Loafer for their storage needs as well. I just noticed the negative reviews and I completely disagree. I've consistently had years of great service and a family feel. I'd like to give a great big thank you to the Mount Loafer storage crew!
All that said, storage units operate in a delicate emotional space for some people. The business of being involved with people's personal belongings must be very difficult at times. Many people may not understand and take offense.
