When busy, sometimes shorthanded and dont follow special requests
I love their pizza so I always come back. However, the past three times I ordered from them, I waited on hold for longer than 7 minutes and the order took over double the amount of time they said it would. I am not impressed what so ever with their customer service. But I do love the pizza so good job there.

I love papa johns pizza but this location is terrible. My pizza was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago and I'm still here waiting. The staff needs to be better trained on being efficient and communicating with customers
