Smith's has topnotch employees. Really fresh meat and produce .Grocery shelves stocked organized with sale items clearly marked. Aisles organized with signs so that everything is easy to find. Enjoyed my shopping experience.

Best shopping experience I've ever had Anywhere. Amazingly fresh produce and meats. Extremely clean store and AMAZING staff!! I actually LOVE going shopping because the experience is so good.
Online Smith's shows the Sunday store hours for Payson Utah location as 0600 to 12 a.m. when the reality is they open at 0700 according to a sign on their front door. I arrived at 0601 and actually waited 1 hour for them to open. In that time I witnessed 4 other people arrive, park, walk to the door, realize that they were still closed, get frustrated and leave. Inside the store products were blocked by items that were supposed to be stocked. I just pulled the cart or pushed it out of the way. There was someone using a floor machine that left water streaks on the floor without a caution wet floor sign out. The woman in the meat department asked if I had found everything okay and I thought it was odd that the meat was only good for four days. She informed me that was normal. 1 aisle over someone asked if I was doing okay. I "thanked" them and wished them a "Good Morning" at the register the girl had never heard of buttermilk bread and the tag was missing from the onions. So she sent the person bagging the items to get a tag for the "price." When he returned i asked him to please double bag the glass root beer bottles because the first bag already had a slight tear in it. Finally the checker carded me for Day quil liquid gel caps, that was a first for me. I showed her my military i.d. which she wasn't familiar with. All in all the people were polite but having the online hours differ from the actual store hours was a major inconvenience. An older female checker informed me that this was corporates problem - missing that I went out of my way to shop at this location because I like Kroger instead of Walmart.
This is a decent place to get your groceries. A bit older building, but prices are fine. Like the gas discount!
