Terrible employees , bad environment and terrible conditions for kids and families.
I have never been treated so horribly by any employee, anywhere! Only to ask too speak to a manager and only be treated worse!! First time ever coming here and defiantly the last. If an employee doesn't have the communication skills to be kind to a guest in your business maybe get employees that understand customer service.
1. It's over 85 (probably over 90. They wouldn't tell us the inside temperature) degrees inside with no air conditioning going. It's hot and stuffy ( almost like sitting in a hot car in a parking lot). Not good for kids due to this reason. We left after 10 minutes of being there. Bowled 3 times and asked for a refund due to conditions and wouldn't even acknowledge there was a problem.
I take my kids here about every other month and we all have a great time. Food is delicious and the prices are about as low as you'll find anywhere else in Utah county. The help is usually great and attentive to any problem. Used the laser tag just once and it was a lot of fun especially at the end with the breakdown of how everyone performed.
Immediately after entering the place it felt run down and it was completely empty besides one other couple. They charge the same price for a higher-end bowling alley. It didn't wow me at all. The staff seem bored and not happy to be there. Honestly I don't blame them. Overall this place is okay but I won't be going out of my way to visit this place again.
I encourage anyone thinking of bowling just drive to Provo or Orem area and get a place that actually has AC good employees and the amenities are good. Fat cats would be great!
The place is clean and not the most updated in the world, but it's nice to unwind. Regarding some of the older folks and not bowling at the same time just show some respect and don't throw a ball at the same time, take turns. It's good to teach my kids about how to respect others around us.
Really appreciate a fun, safe place to take my kids.
PRO TIP: if you've lost your keys at the end of the night, make sure they are not in the pocket of your oldest kid. Might save some time.
3. They don't even have decent shoes or your shoe sizes. Wast of time and money.
2. Employees and useless. Can't even touch the air conditioning. Cant refund money and just make excuses. Comes down from ownership. Is name is apparently "Bob" at least that's what "Bobby" said.
Its a nice bowling alley with 18 lanes i believe they also have leagues you can enter in and play all year round... it also has its own food place that serves burger, fries, hotdogs, Chicken strips, and a few other things on the menu. It has pool tables and a arcade room with air hockey, a basketball game, slider ball, and like 15 other games that give tickets so you can buy prizes. It also has lazertag for you and your friends or your hole family....
